So, it has been almost two weeks since the last mouse spotting in our apartment. We're not sure if it was the peppermint oil or maybe the little guy finally found his way out of our place, but we haven't seen any signs of him/her/them.
That being said, we haven't yet removed our glue traps or peppermint cotton balls. And you can bet that the cotton balls will be refreshed today after the torrential rains. I don't want any little stinkers wandering in here on their way to the ark.
In other rodent news: I saw a rat the other night near one of the dumpsters at school. It was so huge, I thought it was a squirrel. Terrifying. I'd much prefer a mouse invader.
