I saw one yesterday right outside the Ruggles T station. She flicked a still-lit cigarette onto the sidewalk before walking into the T station. Stub it out, dammit!
And the worst part is that some other woman bummed a cigarette off her right before she committed her criminal act. The other woman was probably a butthead litterbug too! Grr!
